Cancellation Policies

Return of the Product: No Jedi Skills Required!

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. You will be issued store credit for the full amount of the original purchase. Please note that store credit will be issued in the form of a digital voucher that can be used toward future purchases. Prefer an exchange instead of store credit? No problem, we’re happy to help! Contact us and we’ll assist with finding the perfect replacement.

Need to Cancel? No Worries, But Don’t Ghost Us!

We understand that life happens, and plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. For cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows, a 50% fee of the appointment cost will apply.

To make things easier, we’re happy to help you reschedule your appointment within the next week to avoid the cancellation fee. Emergencies do happen, and we’ll gladly discuss exceptions for any unforeseen circumstances.
