BOOKING

We encourage clients to book directly online on this website using Square Appointments or by the link provided. Southern Maine Skin Company has invited you to book your next appointment on their booking site.
You, the client, are in control of your appointment. You can book, rebook and cancel 24/7 without waiting to hear back from us when we may be with a client, or out of the studio. Confirmation of your appointment will come to you by email and/or text. 

RETURN POLICY

SMSC will accept returns on unopened product within 14 days of purchase. Store credit only. All special order items are final sale. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late arrival will compromise the length of your treatment as the next guest cannot be delayed starting theirs. Same day cancellations may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Prices are subject to change without notice. Cancellations will not be accepted through social media or texts. Please call the studio or utilize our online booking platform to cancel or reschedule appointments.
